Shipping Information

Deliveries in Lima are after 7 business days upon placing an order. Departments and Provinces deliveries are after 7 business days upon placing an order. And finally, overseas delivery is after 7 to 15 business days upon placing an order. For all these cases please write the exact address and reference.

please note that all delivery times given are esimates only.

Once the purchase is made, you will receive an email confirming your order(s) up to a maximum of 48 hours. If you do not receive the email, please contact us immediately at info@babypuchkay.com.

* Shipments abroad are made Monday through Friday.

We accept payments with paypal.

Please note that for all orders made through paypal, payment is debited directly when placing the order, before your items are shipped. In the event that the items you have ordered are out of stock, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately.

 

Easy Returns & Exchanges

1. A product can be exchanged for the same product in another size or color.

2. The process of exchange and / or refund in Peru must be made within a maximum period of 7 days after the completion of the purchase. In case of an overseas country it has to be made within a maximum of 1 month after the purchase. If the established time is exceeded, no exchanges or refunds will be permitted.

3. A return can be made when the product has a manufacturing defect, or when a wrong garment is received. If this is the case, send the product back to the adress: Av. Lazaro Carrillo N°320. Andahuaylas-Apúrimac-Perú.

4. We do not accept exchanges and / or returns of products or accessories that are returned incomplete,  damaged, used, washed, removed from their labels, or stained. If this is the case, we can not provide a refund.

5. All the products exchanged or returned must be properly packed, with their labels on, in their original packaging, and with the invoice.

6. The reasons for the exchange and / or return of the product must be explained and notified to our customer service department through our email: info@babypuchkay.com. If accepted, we are committed to the refund and will inform you of the policies of terms, expenses, and commissions that we will discount for the refund. If the payment was made in cash, you must send us your bank account number to our mail in order to make bank transfer. Please take into account that we are not resposible for the loss or damage of the returned product.

7. For exchanges and / or returns the customer is liable for the cost of shipping the product.

8. If the customer identifies a problem in the shipment of the product (for example if the product is damaged, or if the box that contains the product has been open or has been lost), please notify us immediately before signing the delivery documents. Once the delivery documents are signed, we are not able to accept an exchange or return.

9. We are not responsible for shipments that have not been received until a maximum period of 15 days. If this is the case, the client will be responsible for shipping the package. 

10. For cases of exchange and / or return inside of Peru, we suggest asking the company for an identification code of the package returned (in order to expedite the tracking).

11.- We are not responsible, and disclaim any and all responsibility to products lost in transit unless we are notified within 20 days from the date of the agreed delivery date.

12.- Replication or modification of any item purchased for resale is prohibited. The design of the product belongs to all organic E.I.R.L.
